SIMULATION-LED ENGINEERING

Test the plant.
Before the plant.

We use hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing to validate the control system before deployment. When HIL is unavailable, we test against a simulation of the entire power plant. Supporting documentation is generated from the plant model, helping keep the tested configuration and delivered design aligned.

One engineering model connects simulation, testing, and documentation.

    Represent the plant’s equipment and control interactions in the simulation environment.

    Validate in the lab

    Use hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing before deployment. When HIL is unavailable, validate the control system against a simulation of the entire plant.

    Witness acceptance testing

    Review the system through a customer-witnessed factory acceptance test, followed by a completed FAT report.

    Deliver aligned documentation

    Generate supporting documentation from the plant model to reduce manual transcription errors and configuration mismatches.
